ZORB^® Rotorua Ride Options

Here you can find a description of the various rides we have on offer at ZORB^® Rotorua. Although all our rides are available at each of our sites – every ride is completely different. Our official ZORB^® sites have different track configurations which means you can visit more than one of our sites and have a completely different ride to your last ZORB^® experience.

There are some key facts you should know about each ride and some important ride restrictions too.

Option 1 – ZYDRO

Key Facts:
1) You get wet
2) You have different track options
3) Up to three people can ride in a single globe
4) We recommend purchasing Zed-pack ride clothing or bringing swim wear or a change of clothes and a towel
5) Extreme ride

ZYDRO Ride Variations:

a)	Single person ZYDRO;	straight track
b)	Two person ZYDRO;	straight track
c)	Three person ZYDRO;	straight track
d)	Single person ZYDRO;	Zig-Zag track
e)	Single person ZYDRO;	The Drop track

ZYDRO Ride restrictions:
Single Person - max. weight: 130 kgs
Up to three people - max. weight: 250 kgs (combined)
Minimum height: N/A
Minimum age: 6 years

Option 2 – ZORBIT

NOTE: The ZORBIT Ride is weather dependent. Please call us on +64 7 357 5100 for info

Key Facts:
1) You stay dry
2) You're strapped into a specially designed safety harness within the ZORB^® globe
3) You ride alone
4) You have one track option
5) You can wear what you want

ZORBIT Ride Variations:
a) Single person; straight track

ZORBIT Ride Restrictions:
Single person - max. weight: 100 kgs
Up to three people - max. weight: N/A
Minimum height: 1.6m
Minimum age: 6 years (Yes, we know there are very few, if any, 1.6m tall 6year olds! The height restiction is in place for safety reasons as our harness is not height adjustable).
