Photos

All our staff are well trained in using high quality camera equipment and will be snapping your ZORB^® experience from the top, all the way down, right to your ZORB^® jump at the end - whether you you like it or not! All our photos are from angles and places that are "Staff Only" areas which means you get a number of very unique shots, including ones of you inside the ZORB^® globe! We put these all on a CD for you which you can purchase after your ride.

Now, we bet your thinking, "That's just more money I have to fork out" - but ponder this for a moment...photo's of you inside of a large inflatable globe, crawling out feet first, soaking wet, laughing your head off, and to top it off - the famous ZORB^® jump, is not a sight your friends and family will see every day. If you want something to remember your experience by and to share with your friends and family...the ZORB^® photo CD is for you!

PLEASE NOTE:
1. ZORB^® Smoky Mountains cannot guarantee photo's will be taken of each and every ride. We do our best to take photo's of your ride, however, various circumstances such as weather and equipment (among others) may mean we miss some photo's. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
2. Photos can only be purchased on the day. We cannot provide them to you a few days or a week later. So choose wisely!

Transport

You can either bring your own car / van / campervan / bike / unicycle / RV out to ZORB^® Smoky Mountains. Unfortunately the local trolley doesn't stop at ZORB^® Smoky Mountains although there is a stop at the end of Sugar Hollow Rd which means a short walk up the hill. While you're on the trolley you could tell the driver how cool it would be if they stopped at ZORB^® Smoky Mountains for us and hopefully next time you come you'll be dropped at our doorstep!

Parking

Once you have made it out to ZORB^® Smoky Mountains, we have ample space for you to park your ride. There's plenty of space for cars, vans, campervans, motorbikes, unicycles, buses, coaches and RVs. Sometimes it can get a little crowded in the car park as so many other people have the same great idea to come to ZORB^® as you. We recommend taking your time to park and to ensure all valuables are locked away and out of site! If the main carpark looks full, we have a number of large reserved spaces for you to park.

Weather

Being a part of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, we can get some pretty crazy weather blow through. It may be sunny one moment, hailing the next, thunder and lightning a minute later, and then hot as anything before you can say "ZORB^® globe riding is the best thing in the world and I just can't get enough".

But do not fear - you can rest assured that we will be open in all weather (except in extreme cases such as Hurricanes, Tornado's, Floods, Heavy Snow, Heavy Lightning etc). Some rides may be unavailable due to high winds although we will do our utmost best to ensure you get your ZORB^® experience and have the ride of your life doing so!!!

If you're unsure about the weather on your way out, simply give us a call on 865 428 2422 and we'll let you know what's going on. Otherwise, simply turn up and we'll be sure to look after you.

Bookings

We're pretty laid back here at ZORB^® Smoky Mountains. Just to show you how laid back we are, we don't take bookings unless your group has 20 people or more. We don't think you need to bother with all the administrative process involved in booking. In fact, we operate with what the corporate world calls an 'open door policy'. But we prefer to call it "Rock up and ride". It's that easy - you turn up to ZORB^® Smoky Mountains, walk in the door to a friendly "Hello", and you're almost ready to ride!

If you do have a group of 20 or more people, simply give us a call with your group details and we will make sure we have your details recorded. We simply do this to ensure that we can let all the "Rock up and ride" people know there's a noisy bunch of people on the way.

If you do have a large group we may be able to offer you some special Group Discounts - simply send us an email or give us a call and we will see what we can do.

What to wear

Clothes preferrably, although if you have that uncanny urge to change into something different, we have the perfect solution. We sell specially designed ride clothing called a Zedpack and a Zechron pack that you can get changed into to ensure you have dry clothes at the end of your ZORB^® experience. What's more, both packs are a great way to remember your ZORB^® experience and you can take them home to keep!

If you just love your own clothes, and don't mind getting wet in them, you can ride in swim wear (togs, bathers, swimmers, bikini etc) or simply in a change of clothes (shorts and t-shirt). We ask that you make sure all studs and pointy bits are removed from your clothing.

Other than clothes we ask that you remove all jewellery and sharp objects (watches, necklaces, earrings, rings etc) and leave them in your car (out of sight of course!).

Terms & Conditions:

If at any stage of the registration or enrolment process, you decide that ZORB^® globe riding just isn't for you, simply advise a ZORB^® staff member and we will provide a full refund on all rides you have paid for. Our staff are trained to be supportive and understanding no matter the situation.

If you purchased a ticket or ride other than from ZORB^® directly, then different Terms & Conditions apply. However, you can still opt out at any stage prior to rolling down our hill!
