Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Returns aren't fun for anyone involved, but we try to make the process as painless as possible. Please follow the guidelines below:
All Damaged or Faulty Goods to be returned must have a Goods Return Authority (GRA) issued by us. The issue of a GRA does not guarantee that we will accept the return.
A GRA should be requested and any Damaged or Faulty Goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery to discuss the problem and request a GRA.
To qualify for a credit, returned goods must include all original components and all original packaging. You will need to cover the costs of shipping the faulty goods back to our premises. Where the goods are faulty we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds Generally
If any refund is required within 7 days of receipt but there is no damage or faulty goods then:
(i) A GRA should be requested
(ii) A refund will be made less shipping costs on receipt of the goods undamaged.
The goods are a consumer supply unless offered by you for resale in which case the sale is a trade sale. If a consumer supply, we will honour all consumer protection obligations at law.
On occasion, under certain circumstances, a refund may be given outside of 7 days but this is at the discretion of management.
