Q: Is the ZURF a New Zealand invention?

A: Yes. It was designed and developed here in New Zealand by ZORB Limited.

Q: Can I have my ZURF branded with a company logo, slogan, or image?

A: Absolutely! We can provide branding on your ZURF at an additional cost. Simply complete the ZURF Custom & Bulk Orders Form and attach a hi-res image of what you would like and we can provide you with some cost indications.

Q: Can I have my ZURF customised?

A: Yes, to a certain extent. We can colour the ZURF to suit your brand requirements and change the colour of the internal strings to match. Simply complete the ZURF Custom & Bulk Orders Form and let us know what colour you want and we'll let you know if this will work or not!

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

A: Simply contact us and we'll send you the required documentation as per the ZURF Sales Terms & Conditions.

Q: Does the ZURF come by itself or with additional components?

A: The base-product ZURF comes with a repair kit and a basic bag. Add Ons and Customisations can be be added at extra cost - see ZURF Prices for more information.

Q: Is freight included in the costs outlined on the website?

A: Yes! Purchases made through the ZURF Shop (ZURF base model & any combination of Add-Ons) include FREE* airfreight anywhere in the world. Freight for Custom and Bulk orders will be quoted and included in the Sales Order.

Q: How long will delivery take from the time I place my order?

A: Standard lead times are 3-4weeks for a single ZURF. This may increase depending on the size of your order, any customisations and any additional components you wish to include.

Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases?

A: Discounts for orders of 4 or more can be discussed but will depend on customisations and additional componets required. Please complete the ZURF Custom & Bulk Orders Form with your specific order requirements.

Q: How long can I expect my ZURF to last?

A: How long your ZURF lasts weill depend on how often you use it and how well you look after it! Following correct procedures for inflating & deflating, storage, avoiding overloading and avoiding use on abrasive services will all help to make your ZURF last a long time.

Q: Can the ZURF go down rivers?

A: It is an inflatable so one would assume that it can. However, we do not recommend it for safety purposes.

Q: Is ZURF good for rolling down hills like its cousin, the ZORB globe?

A: No. It is designed for use on flat ground and water. Use on a hill or sloped surface can be very dangerous.
