At ZORB, we pride ourselves on manufacturing high quality products. Our products are manufactured using the best materials available to ensure they are the highest quality and most durable.Thorough testing ensures any product off the manufacturing line meets strict criteria.

Our company-owned factory is currently focused on manufacturing our ZORB globes for our official ZORB sites and global franchise network. As a result, we have established an exclusive manufacturing partnership with a reputable and high quality New Zealand company, Canvasland Ltd.

Canvasland has been operating for over 25years and through this time has evolved into a diverse manufacturing company which specialises in textile fabrication. Our inflatables division is one of many under our roof, and one that has produced a number of award winning structures that are recognised throughout the world.

Canvasland has one of the largest plants in their industry which houses some of the most advanced manufacturing technology available. Their experienced staff set very high standards, which has ensured an innovative approach to the variety of projects they undertake, resulting in a quality finish which often exceeds their clients expectations.

The combination of ZORB's over 15years manufacturing expertise and Canvaslands 25years manufacturing experience ensures that the ZURF maintains the level of quality one would only expect as a product of ZORB.

Material

ZORB and Canvasland share the same ideas when it comes to producing a quality product. That's why we make sure that the best techniques are used in our manufacturing process, and the best or most appropriate materials are used for a certain project.

For the ZURF, we have opted to manufacture using one of the highest quality clear PVC plastics available. The highly water resistant PVC fabric is a thermoplastic resin making it ideal for a multitude of uses, including use on water. The manufacturing process for the ZURF utilises Canvaslands advanced technology systems ensuring a strong, durable, and quality product.

Specifications

The ZURF is a large, open-ended, inflatable cylinder, capable of carrying multiple persons.

The ZURF is 3.0m x 3.0m (9' 8" x 9' 8") with an internal height of 1.8m (5' 9").
